On the rare occasion that you are sent to collect payment at an event, here is the procedure to follow:
- Make sure to confirm with client prior to coming to the event
- Once you arrive, greet the client and politely ask to collect the payment
- Be sure to keep the payment safe as to prevent theft at the event
- Upon completion, be sure to report to the agency that the event was completed successfully
- You have three business days after the event to make payment to the agency
- You can pay via:
- Cash delivery
- Money Order
- Bank Transfer
- Paypal
- Venmo
